The need for speed is real, my friends. As someone who often works from home and streams a lot of shows, I was hitting the limits of my AT&T 1Gb fiber internet plan. I love fiber - it's fast, reliable, and has way lower latency than cable internet. But I was tired of buffering wheels and work video calls glitching out. It was time to upgrade and get that sweet, sweet symmetrical 2Gbps speed. The Upgrade Process: Upgrading with AT&T Fiber turned out to be surprisingly easy. I logged into my account online and saw the 2Gb plan was only $20 more per month. A small price to pay for double the speed! The customer service rep said a technician would have to come out to swap out my gateway/router to handle the faster speeds.
